Joe was wonderful. After previously calling another company and being told there was nothing they could do, I was getting very disheartened that I would never resolve our drainage problem. I called Joe and he was great. He arrived on site and provided a wealth of experience. He was very amicable and more than happy to involve me in the investigatory process. I never felt like he was rushing to get away and he did a very thorough inspection… finding the cause of the bad smells in our home. I can thoroughly recommend him and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I had blocked drainage which stopped the flow off the 4 toilets to the main drainage Chamber. I called Joe on Saturday morning . He was very knowledgeable and asked me few questions to diagnose the issue and see if works/costs can be avoided. although it was Saturday, he came out the same morning and solved our problem quickly and effectively. He also carried out a comprehensive CCTV drainage surveyed to capture any future potential blockage and gave me advice on how to avoid this problem from happening again . Joe is a very honest, thorough and professional man who I had great pleasure dealing with. Excellent service and I definitely recommend and will use his company again if needed.

He came for the initial survey the day after calling and was friendly, helpful and upfront about what he could offer and the options available to us. He found the issue with our drains and even recommended getting in touch with United Utilities as there was a possibility they would fix it for free for us (possible shared drain). When that wasn’t an option he returned to fix it for us. He’s done a great job, even cleared out a slight blockage while he was down there. We’d highly recommend him for his knowledge, professionalism and friendly service.

We had a blocked drained and was not sure who to call got in touch with DNA Drainage who advised what time they would arrive the next day with a cost. I was alittle apprehensive because we had not used them before and in the past we have been let down We cant fault the service Joe turned up on time,completed the job and cleaned up too. Its great to of finally found a local business that we now know we can rely on and at a fair price.

We phoned Joe when one of our drains had become blocked. Joe arrived the same morning and unblocked the drain in a professional and speedy manner and also for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be using him again and will be recommending him to friends and family.

Great service, I was able to get a site visit on the same day I enquired about replacing old pipe from our water mains. They also manged to bring the date of works forward to fit in with renovations.
